Free UK delivery

Our FREE UK delivery for all products from Glow Gaming usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting. All products are sent through Royal Mail. Please remember that over bank holidays, during seasonal periods and during strikes/slow-downs, deliveries may take longer than usual.

Your order may be delivered in separate packages, but these will still be dispatched at the same time.

 

Items Not Received

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days (from date of posting), but we need to wait 21 days before being able to investigate this matter further. If you believe your item has been lost, and 21 days have passed then please email us either through the contact form or directly: info@glowgaming.co.uk

 


 

Returns


Our returns policy is only valid for 30 days after dispatch

  

Returns procedure

Before you return any item, please use the contact form on our 'Contact Us' page and select returns as the nature of enquiry. In the message box please tell us which items you wish to return and your reason for requesting a return.

You will then shortly receive a return conformation email which will contain a unique returns number; this email will also tell you the next step to take. If a refund is required, you will be refunded the same way you made the purchase, i.e. cash for cash & credit for credit. Where a mixture of both cash & credits are used and only part of the original order is returned, the refund will always return the credits first and any remaining refund in cash.

 

Returning your item

Please return your item in a secure package; you can usually just reuse the original packaging. Glow Gaming takes no responsibility for damaged items due to improperly wrapped returns, nor do we take any responsibility for returned goods damaged in transit. Please print out & include the returns conformation email went send you. If you are only returning part of your original purchase then please highlight or circle the items you are returning on the invoice. 

 

Returns Testing

We thoroughly test every single return. If we find that a returned item is not faulty by our test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage, this postage will need to be paid before the item is returned to you. This will not exceed £2.50 for console games & Blu-ray movies. Postage costs for electronics/gadgets & accessories will depend on the weight of the item.

Our test centre process will usually take between 5-7 days depending on current volume and back log.

To avoid any unnecessary charges, we would advise you to check the console game, Blu-ray movie or accessory in question on a second machine and to read its instructions carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.

We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by Blu-ray players that have been modified to disable regional encoding.

 

Returning an unwanted item

You may return any unwanted item that is UNOPENED within 9 days from dispatch, for a full refund. The refund will be made in the manner of which you purchased the item, i.e. cash for cash & credit for credit. Where a mixture of both cash & credits are used and only part of the original order is returned, the refund will always return the credits first and any remaining refund in cash. Once the item has been fully processed you will receive you refund.

We will only refund you return delivery costs if the return is a result of our error

We cannot refund or exchange an OPENED item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error
